I bought 4 (in order to obtain the pet). 1st contained 2374 Elemental Overflow (not bad at 2k cost), 2nd & 3rd contained Vault Key and 4th contained the pet. I'm not disappointed, nice gamble, but I knew when to stop.

Since 10.1 came out with the new cavern zone and a whole new set of rares, I haven't found any groups farming rares on the isle, so I bought -- probably about 50 to 60 of these bags and got all thirty keys I need. Still trying to turn in an old quest which is why I keep doing it. You get a good amount of the essence back in some of those sacks.
