Trailblazer's Toughened is L70 entry Mail gear i333-343 for Quality 1-5, created by Leatherworkers via the Dragonflight Craft Order station, or, without the Training Matrix, it can also be bought and sold on the Auction House. It requires Mail Armor Crafting specialisation to unlock optional /finishing reagents other than the Training Matrix. Adding a Training Matrix (which must be supplied by the Buyer for Public Orders) makes the gear soul bound. Matrix IV will usually either require Q3 materials or an Insight to guarantee a Q5 item.

Optional Reagents:

Either Training Matrix II - upgrade to i346-i356, +40 difficulty
or Training Matrix III - upgrade to i359-i369, +60 difficulty
or Training Matrix IV - upgrade to i372-i382, +150 difficulty
Draconic Missive of the Fireflash etc - specify the stats, +25/20//15 recipe difficulty

Finishing Reagents:

Lesser Illustrious Insight - can increase craft quality, -30 difficulty
Either Stable Fluidic Draconium - increases Inspiration bonus by 15/20/25%
or Writhefire Oil - crafter 9/12/15% more likely to gain skill, but +18/24/30 recipe difficulty

16 Adamant Scales (skinning/AH)
2 Lustrous Scaled Hide (skinning/AH)

Doesn't show up in the DF expedition set for professions, despite learing the tmog. It's the same style as the greens but doesn't unlock the full set, only single piece.
