失窃的欧恩哈拉之息 is one of 3 items you need to obtain the secret mount 欧恩哈拉的神圣之吻.

First you'll need to gain access to the npc 戈多罗托.
To do this, complete the questline starting with 偷溜出门 /way #2023 56.2 75.8 Initiate Radiya.
Questline can be done while leveling.

To unlock 轻风微语 you'll need to pick up 3x 失窃的欧恩哈拉之息 that drop from the last boss in Nokhud Offensive 巴拉卡可汗.
It seems to drop at ANY renown level with 马鲁克半人马 on live, however a higher renown lvl might increase the dropchances. Can be looted on any difficulty as well.

Also you'll need renown 25 with the 马鲁克半人马 & completed the questline for 莉姬的缰绳

Once you've done that, and have the 3x 失窃的欧恩哈拉之息, you want to head to 戈多罗托, and you'll be able to pick up 轻风微语.
The quest requires you to bring a couple of items:

3x 失窃的欧恩哈拉之息, that you've already obtained.

a Tier 3 雀跃熏香. This can be crafted by an Alchemist with 22 renown with the 马鲁克半人马, as they need to get 配方：雀跃熏香. You'll need 50 Alchemy to learn the recipé, however to get a guaranteed tier 3 雀跃熏香 you'll need about a 250 skill in incenses as well. The 雀跃熏香 is thankfully BoE, so you can get this from other players, from the auction house etc.

觉醒精华 is the last item needed. This is unlocked at renown 7 with 马鲁克半人马, and can be purchased from 军需官胡森 for 1x偶然之沙 & 50x巨龙群岛补给.
偶然之沙 drops from Time-Lost mobs in Thaldrazsus at about 5-10% dropchance. /way 60.0 82.0
Be careful not to click the 觉醒精华 as it will disappear from your bags and you'll have to get a new.

Once you've aquired all the items, head to 欧恩哈拉 /way 57.59 31.92. to turn in the quest and recieve your new bird transform mount 欧恩哈拉的神圣之吻.

This is the last item on my list to get the bird mount, and by god, the drop chance is killing me...

I've ran this dungeon around 10 times, only got one Breath so far.

seems one max per DAY, not week

which means u need at least 3 days to get them all

so far i never see any player who gets 2 or 3 on the same day

Edit: with patch 10.0.7 they did drop on m+

The Postmaster will send you these if you leave them on the corpse because you already have three. But of course you can't take it out of the mailbox either. So you have to delete one of the existing ones and then loot the one from the mail. Not a huge deal, but certainly an annoyance.

has anyone gotten this recently from an m+ tho? my guild has done a LOT of NO bc ragefeather and none of us have had it drop at all. did the drop chance change?

Everything I have to say is purely anecdotal. However...

I did about a dozen M+ runs (the keys were roughly 2-6) and saw no drops for me or anyone else. Today, I queued up for Normal/Heroic Nokhud Offensive and got the two that I needed in about 5 runs. Every time Balakar Khan died, about half of the dungeon party was looting a Breath. I don't know where I got my first Breath from about a month ago.

If you wanna get these, I would just recommend doing Normal or Heroic. Maybe M0 is fine too but I can't confirm that part.

it seems you dont need to have maruuk renown unlocked to get these. just got one on my priest before their renown became available

A couple things:

You don't need max reknown to get the item, just to use it.
This can be farmed on normal or heroic as of right now but will add mythic to that list with 10.0.7 (Mar 21, 2023)
There's no daily or weekly cap on how many you can get. I got two back to back, same day.
I farmed my last breath by leveling an alt and queuing only for Nokhud Offensive. Had it within a few hours.

Bonus for all you mount farmers: One of the items (雷鸣暴流指环) needed to purchase 象牙商人的奥獭 drops off the tempest boss in Nokuhd so you can farm two mount items at once.

Pretty easy to solo as a 435 Destro lock during Season 2 on Normal, but not fast due to having to do all bosses.
Save this farm for after Dragonflight unless you're running with a group.

If I'm correct you can solo farm this easier than before with the follower dungeon system in 10.2.5

Just tried to do this solo (out of curiosity) as a ilvl 456 fury warrior on normal. Can confirm I was able to complete it, no problems.

If you are thinking of giving it a try, I would suggest knocking down all the surrounding mobs first as they are always running around.

Granyth (first boss) eventually casts something called Eruption which will kill you as the more times you are hit by it, the more powerful it strikes and the more health you lose. Make sure you stun him when you see Eruption begins to cast with the nearby lancers, which stops him from casting!

Got all three Breaths in 7 runs of the follower lead dungeon. Got all of them long before I got the ring needed for the ottuk mount. Holy bad drop rates, batman.

Just popped in in case this helps anyone else. I was one breath away and decided to give the follower dungeons a try. I ran one with no luck and decided to try again. On the second run, two bosses in I noticed no loot dropped and got worried there might be a loot lock per day (I couldn't find this clarified on the Wowhead guide) so I left the party/instance.

I decided to "for science" it since the Wowhead guide did say you might not get loot if nothing drops for your class/spec, and queued a third time. Just to be safe I reset all instances and did get a drop off the third boss and got the breath on the final boss! So yeah, you can run it multiple times and yeah, you can get the breath from Follower Dungeons!

Lots of posts saying you can use followers to get this, but no one is saying what that experience is like. If you are high item level you're better off farming the dungeon solo than using followers. As a 484 feral druid it was faster for me to kill everything myself than it was for me to deal with all the random trash the followers pulled. They wont use dragon riding mounts and just run into stuff constantly.

Good for low geared people but if you can solo the dungeon followers are going to make the entire thing worse, not speed it up.

Wanted to try Disc on my priest alt, got 1 in the 3rd Follower Dungeon. She is level 1 renown with Maruuk. My main is maxed out Maruuk renown and did the prerequisite "sneaking out" quest and has one in his inventory. Hope this helps people that are trying to decide if they can drop for alts.

My experience:

I did more than 30 follower dungeon runs to collect (3) .. Oh RNG !.
I took me longer to get the third one. Then I decided to try something. what i did just for personal satisfaction is I put the 2 i looted in my bank and did another run. killed the final boss and guess what it finally dropped. Don't know if it is related, but it worths a try.

For new players or people that reach renown 25 late in the expansion, you'll need to complete the "quest" of renown 25 before you'll be able to see the quest of Godoloto.
Just go to Maruukaï, complete the quest The Wind's Recognition, you will earn the title Khansguard and then you will be able to see the quest from Godoloto.

For your reference, I farmed all 3 breaths in exact 20 runs.

Also, if you get 雷鸣暴流指环, dont just sell it like me and later realize i need the ring to buy 象牙商人的奥獭 :(

BM Hunter, Level 80. 618 iLevel

Took me 12 runs. 1 Hour and 43 minutes to collect all 3. Normal difficulty.
Just over 1500 gold was collected between loot and selling junk/armor.
