I have made the mistake to throw this out without tasting it, because I don't start every expansion with reading all the new achievements...so I am missing only this one dish for the achi.

If you also missing it, then go back to Rumiastrasza, next to them there will be a table and on the table different food every day. Eventually the one you need will pop up and you can loot and eat it and get the achievement. :)

Is this item bugged or was it nerfed?

Says it increases stamina by 20%, however it's only increasing your BASE stamina (not stamina from gear)!

My character has a total stamina of 37,339 (20% of that would be roughly 7467), meaning when I eat this food my stamina should increase to 44,815. However, it only increase to 38,262. so it's only increasing my total stamina by 923.

You obtain this from the same quest as 焦黑的波特酒, and need to eat both for the 红玉盛宴的高端美食家.

However you can't have both buffs at the same time. If you eat the Charred Porter first you'll get a "You can't do that yet" error message.

Just right-click the Charred Porter food buff off & you'll be able to eat the rib rack just fine.
