If you're as confused as I was: You need 一卷荒线 in silver quality to buy the pillow. The other "ingredients" are also greyed out, as long as you don't have all the correct ones. And don't forget to turn in the quest 舒适研究 before buying if you don't want to miss out on a free pillow!

The sit positions of both this and the purple pillow are like halfway into the pillow making it look completely ridiculous when you actually use it.
