Turn in all your coins. Get a bunch of bijous. Walk to the Altar of Zanza. Set this macro to a hotkey:

/use Zandalar Honor Token
/use Red Hakkari Bijou
/use Orange Hakkari Bijou
/use Yellow Hakkari Bijou
/use Green Hakkari Bijou
/use Blue Hakkari Bijou
/use Purple Hakkari Bijou
/use Gold Hakkari Bijou
/use Silver Hakkari Bijou
/use Bronze Hakkari Bijou

Set a controller to emulate the keystroke for said macro repeatedly. Go take a shower to wash off all that troll sweat.
