These boots belong to the pinkish-purple (officially "Purple") version of the "D5 Plate" artwork.

Unfortunately there's only one other piece that uses the same artwork and colour: 堕落十字军腰带.

There are three other colours of this set in the artwork database and two of them, "Gold" and "Silver", are available in the game in a significant number of pieces. However the chests are sadly unavailable for both:

Gold:

Head, Shoulders: none, artwork for these pieces actually doesn't exist in the database
Chest: artwork exists but it's sadly not available in the game :(
Wrists: 摩鲁恩的护腕
Hands: 烈焰守卫护手
Waist: 巨神束带 (the Hyperion Girdle artwork is actually from this set, not the Hyperion one)
Legs: 闪耀光芒腿甲
Feet: 岩浆长靴

Together they look like this.
In addition there's a version of the gloves that use the same artwork and colour, but look rather different. They use the sleeve artwork for the top of the gloves: 异端护手.

Silver:

Head, Shoulders: none, artwork for these pieces actually doesn't exist in the database
Chest: artwork exists but it's sadly not available in the game :(
Wrists: artwork exists but it's not available in the game.. They'd be hidden anyway.
Hands: 黎明手套, 要塞护手
Waist: 黎明束带, 蔓延腰带, 神权腰带
Legs: 踏云腿甲
Feet: 堕落英雄长靴

Together they look like this.

The remaining colour, Aqua (officially "Blue"), has only a couple of pieces available in the game: 鳄鱼鳞片臂甲 and 闪避之靴.

Such a shame there isn't more available for these amazing sets.

Still trying to complete my old school warrior BWL/Molten Core transmog set using these boots, I don't know what the heck is going on but I cannot get these boots to drop for the life of me running through it every week with four characters for two months now. I've collected Judgement and Wrath armor sets, gotten all the awesome 2-handed and one-handed weapons from BWL/MC including Draconic Avenger, gotten all the pets from both, but not these damn boots! The RNG Gods can be absolutely absurd sometimes...
