Pioneer's Leather is L61-70 entry Leather gear i306-316 for Q1-5, created by Leatherworkers via the Dragonflight Craft Order station, or without the Training Matrix, it can also be bought and sold on the Auction House. It requires Leather Armor Crafting specialisation to unlock optional /finishing reagents other than the Training Matrix. Adding a Training Matrix (which must be supplied by the Buyer for Public Orders) makes the gear soul bound.

Optional Reagents:

Either Training Matrix I - upgrade to i333-i343 (requires L64), +20 recipe difficulty
or Training Matrix II - upgrade to i346-i356 (requires L70), +40 difficulty
or Training Matrix III - upgrade to i359-i369 (requires L70), +60 difficulty
or Training Matrix IV - upgrade to i372-i382 (requires L70), +150 difficulty
Draconic Missive of the Fireflash etc - specify the stats, +25/20//15 recipe difficulty

Finishing Reagents:

Lesser Illustrious Insight - can increase craft quality, -30 difficulty

Materials:
15 Resilient Leather (skinning/AH)
5 Adamant Scales (skinning/AH)

* I don't have this unlocked yet so am unable to see what these are. May be similar to those for the Mail Armor e.g. 焰触护腿?
