The yellow text is a reference to the Heart of Azeroth, which says: "A living symbol of hope, borne by the champions of a dying planet. The fate of Azeroth will be shared by all her children."
That final line about the fate of Azeroth on the Worldkiller Iris text is a bit more ominous for sure.

This is probably meant to be the iris through which he tried to siphon Azeroth's world soul. The opposite of the Heart of Azeroth, which was meant to take Azerite and channel it's power back into the world soul.

This has 291 stats at heroic ilvl.

Comparatively, an ilvl 278 neck (i.e. vault mythic 15 neck) will have 299 stats (ish).

It has better stats than necks at its same ilvl (such as valor upgraded necks), but won't have more stats than a vault neck.

The 285 mythic version of this is obviously completely BIS for all classes.
