Just found it in the adventure guide. any Idea does it work three times if you wear Superstrain? would be sick for blood.

Im interested to see how does this work with Superstain Legendary

Just tried it with Superstrain, 10 fights each on the dummy, the buff from the ring only buffed the blood plague on the blood DK.

this seems to have close to 100% uptime (残迹的绝望 says 20 procs per minute), so it's quite a decent ring even if the ilvl is a bit low
