This isn't what drops the "Horror of Maldraxxus" set. Set pieces can sometimes be attained from the weekly quests your abominations give. They will show up as a reward for the quest so you will know before you accept the quest.

9.2.7 and there are still no "contains" details on wowhead. I can say having opened about 20 of these over the past two weeks I have gotten exactly 0 superior parts out of them. Most contain malleable flesh (x2 or x3) and a few common quality profession reagents such as desolate leather or herbs.
