Night fae turn-in for this is in your covenant, Heart of the Forest, lower level behind the Anima Conductor (near where you turn in anima). There are four vendors you can turn in to based on the level.

The Necrolord vendors are by the covenant upgrade/covenant armor vendors. There are 4.

LFR: Mellisa Fate (60.6, 44.8)
Normal: Moris Elfsen (61.1, 45.4)
Heroic: Taiya Tacere (61.4, 47.3)
Mythic: Odious Gwor (60.8, 48.6)

You get a choice of Mystic Anima Spherule OR Thaumaturgic Anima Bead from your Covenant Campaign (Venthyr / Mage).

The description isn't clear what your choice is - assuming ilvl? there were 187 and 194 items. The BEAD is for off-hand, while the SPHERULE is weapon/main hand.

Also got one of these from the final step of the Night Fae quest line. I haven't raided yet so I now have this stuck in my inventory unable to spend it.

Got this in the last step of my Kyrian Quest Line. Looted it also in my weekly chest at Oribos.

If you are a Kyrian, go to your covenant home (Elysian Hold) south area.
There are four vendors you can turn in to based on the level:

凯丽·胡 - level 187 and 194 (LFR) /way 66.4 22.0
阿里修斯 - level 200 and 207 (Normal) /way 66.6 22.2
供应商普罗索斯 - level 213 and 220 (Heroic) /way 66.6 21.6
战斗大师恩迪欧斯 - level 226 and 233 (Mythic) /way 66.8 21.8

For Sinfall Location, go through the main portal to the Sinfall depths and there is a vendor called Solivane on the right as soon as you pass through the arch that you can redeem the Anima Spherule. For the Anima Bead, Lord Afans is in the same location but on the left and you can redeem there.

If you're looking for Solivane and think you've gone crazy, during the Revendreth portion of the Korthia campaign he is one of the "revealed" Nazerim, so you may have to wait a few seconds for him to respawn in his Venthyr form.

I thought I knew where the vendor was but ran around trying to find him on both floors. I was sure I had checked the spot where I eventually found him again, and then while I was figuring out which item I needed, someone came and "revealed" him again. That explained how I'd missed him the first time, but he respawned pretty much immediately after the Nazerim version was dead.

I have an anima spherule from this week's Fated raid but my vendor doesn't have items that take the tokens
