This mount is from the adventures . The adventures are missions from the follower table . It is based on pure rng without any strategy or reputaion or anything else just pure luck . Now there are lots of rewards from the adventure tables but i m only posting the mounts here which are
Darkwarren-hardshell
Chittering-animite
Warstitched-darkhound
Highwind-darkmane

It is possible for members of the Night Fae covenant to beat the mission for this mount with relatively lower level troops and a companion.
I cleared this using Dreamweaver and four Trappers. Dreamweaver was at level 30, the trappers at level 24, and when the mission was finished only a trapper and Dreamweaver were dead.

Thus, the Night Fae continue to have an absurdly potent advantage against other covenants in acquiring these mounts earlier on.

Night Fae here- I beat this using three trappers up top, the healer down left, then Dreamweaver down right. I use the Venture Plan addon and it also said I could have used Niya as well. My troops are all 31 and Dreamweaver is 30.

I highly recommend Venture Plan! It has not been wrong for me once.

Edit: my comment was before the Night Fae nerf that they put in on January 29. Soooo just have to level up your guys to closer to the campaign level; otherwise, you probably don't have a chance.

Completed after the nerf to Nightfae.

The goal is to kill the left and right adds (the ones with the cone ability) asap.

Yira (39) - Meatball (33) - Niya (40)
Dreamweaver (41) - Master Sha'lor (37)

Only Dreamweaver died, once those two adds are down there's almost no damage going on.

EDIT: I wrote this 1 day too early. On 21.03.2021, I received my first mount mission (Chittering animite), while having the command table on level 1. The only thing that matters, is the adventure campaign progress, that is rewarded from the rare missions (the VP icon reward). To start proccing the mount missions, you have to be on 15 / 16. They are not visible on the default UI though, you need Venture plan addon to be able to track this.

I haven't found this piece of information anywhere, but could someone please share the information, whether you need the Mission table on level 3 to start proccing the mount missions? Several people I met with the mounts, said that their mission table is @ level 3. I'm pushing the missions actively on 4 characters (1 covenant each), and so far I haven't encountered a single mount mission. Thanks in advance!

I already posted on this page because I had some questions, and now that I have obtained all 4 mounts, and since there are no real guides where all the needed information is, I have decided to write up a guide on how to obtain the 4 mounts that the Shadowlands command table offers.

The four available mounts are Chittering Animite, Darkwarren Hardshell, Highwind Darkmane and Warstitched Darkhound. This is also the order in which I received these mounts in the span of only three days.

To get the most 2 basic advices out of the way. I have been playing with the adventure command table on all 4 characters, each belonging to a different covenant and here is what I have gathered:

- If you have a chance, hunt these mounts with the characters that are Necrolords, or Night Fae. Even after the nerfs and buffs to certain troops, those 2 covenants still have the easiest time. I have seen reports of Kyrian & Venthyr players beating the mount missions, but the level / combination of companions matter way too much with these covenants, so just stick with Necro / NF if you have the chance.
- Most importantly, this was the question I was asking. You DO NOT need your Command table upgraded to level 2 or level 3. The command table on my necrolord is still at level 1, while having all the mounts obtained.

So, now to the actual guide how to obtain the mounts. To do it in the shortest time possible, you have to find the correct balance between completing the basic XP missions, and completing the missions that provide the Adventure campaign progress currency. This is the Valor point icon next to the rewards. Completing these, will provide you missions that require higher level of your followers, but will provide greater rewards. The rewards go like this: Gear - Pets - Rep tokens - Mounts. In order to start proccing the mount missions, your Adventure campaign progress has to be on 16. The level 17 mission will provide you the first mount, level 18 the second, level 19 the third, and level 20 the final mount which will end the Command table progress. Players using the Venture plan addon have this visible on the addon's UI, but players who don't use this, can see the campaign progress with this command --> /script print(C_CurrencyInfo.GetCurrencyInfo(1889).quantity)

As a Necrolord, the great combination for clearing all these missions consists of:

- Plague Deviser Marileth
- Gorgelimb
- Emeni
- Bonesmith Heirmir
- Secutor Mevix.

For me, the companions were all ranked from level 40-48.

Important to note:

- I was using the Covenant Mission Success Estimates addon that can be downloaded via Curseforge. I personally recommend this one, since it's alot more user friendly and has a better looking UI (for me atleast), but keep in mind, that this addon really ESTIMATES SUCCES, because sometimes it goes off by quite alot. If I would listen to this addon's estimation, I wouldn't have any of the mounts just yet, as the addon told me that I will 100% fail, while I was finishing the missions with 2 of my companions untouched (2nd row), while the 3 companions in the front row got trashed to 0 usually. On the last mission, the addon estimated that the enemy team will kill me in 9 rounds, while I would need 17 rounds to kill them, and I still succeeded with one Bonesmith's half hp.

I will check this comment every now and then, and update it if there is any information I have left out, or if there is something I don't know yet.

i got kyrian covenant and i have 16 adventures all of them are between level 35-42 and still didn't got any mount mission i just want check if anyone have the same problem because every time i ask people they tell me i should have gotten the mission already if anyone have any idea how i can get this mounts please tell me!

As of 2024 mission board for NightFae covenant, ive used :

Kota, tezan, elwyn, dreamweaver, karynm
They weren't high level and not fully healed either managed to win this mission regardless.

Order:

Elwyn first slot top row, level 42
Karynm second slot top row, level 26
Dreamweaver third slot top row, level 31
Kota bottom row first slot, level 28
Te'zan bottom row last slot, level 27

I used ventured plan to help with order this is what came out for me! hope it helps.
