as of 30/10/2020 it seems to do the following:

if your hp or close ally's hp is < 30%, then it heals. 不可思议的量子装置
if a healer near you is <20% mana, then it gives him mana. 不可思议的量子装置
if crowd controlled then it removes it. 不可思议的量子装置
if something related to being "in danger" then it spawns a device that grabs aggro. 不可思议的量子装置
if trinket can execute your target with x damage, it will. 不可思议的量子装置

if none of those things are true then it buffs a secondary stat (330366/330367/330368/330380)

Got this today and tested it a few. If target is at 20% or below, it triggers the execute 100% of the time. Does about 9.5-10k at 184 ivl.

Got 171 ilvl of this and on EVERY use it give me versatility = useless trinket in PVE for Arcane mage (wanna crit or mastery).

Pretty sure this trinket just picks one of your two highest stats and gives you a buff at random. Then once under 20% it has a 100% chance to deal an "execute" amount of damage. At 171 mine crit for 9k

I sat there in Seat of the Primus hitting it on CD for an hour. My stats are 361 crit, 257 haste, 96 mastery, and 413 vers as a holy priest. Every single time it gave me 473 crit with the 158 item level one. I'm fairly sure its supposed to pick your highest stat and give you more of it similar to how nearly all other trinkets who provide a buff to a stat do.

When you're stunned it act's as a PVP trinket getting you out of stuns.

Trinket shares a CD with PvP medallion (when used to CC break). So, you can't use both but this is great if you forgot to put yours on or randomly need the break. If your PvP one is on CD, this one will still activate while stunned it seems to do another effect (heal/stat boost/etc)

Additionally, it seems the execute and at the very least the heal always crit. Crit heals for about 15k. Pretty nice.

Going to do additional on testing while stunned and will update later.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION, that for some reason no $%^&ing one writes.

Mana -> It gives around 4K mana to a healer.
Damage -> Deals 9k for me (194 iLvL) IT ALWAYS CRITS, so the 9K that I get are CRITS, it has 100% chance to crit and scales with vers afaik IT ALSO HAS 40yards Range.
Heal -> It heals me for 16k+ (critted) IT ALWAYS CRITS TOO.

Addition information ->
If your hp or party members health pool is less or equal to 30%, then it heals for a large amount respectively.
If a party member with the healer specialization near you has less 20% mana, then it gives him/her mana.
If you are crowd controlled, then it frees you.
If the trinket can execute your target with less or equal to 20% health, it will attempt so by dealing a large amount of damage.
The Trinket sends a little lightningbolt to the target that has a FIXED traveltime, so it takes the same time to reach the target at 0 and 40 yards.
If you are somehow "In danger", most likely with threat in a healer specialization, then it summons a minion that taunts your target.

After about a week of testing this in M+ and eventually raids, can firmly say this trinket is probably one of the worst that you can get. It seems to bug out quite often and not really give you the intended effect. It performs much better in M+ but in raids it routinely bugs out and tries to interact with floor effects and essentially does nothing for you.

Still haven't worked out how the stat buff is worked out as it's purely giving me versatility buff regardless of the fact that my haste is far higher in both % and rating.

If all you care about is output then avoid this trinket like the plague until it's bugs have been fixed or somebody has manged to figure it out. The sole use I found for this trinket was breaking out of stuns in PvP before I bought the PvP trinkets, but this has possible been nerfed too. Tried it last night in PvP and it didn't seem to break any CC that was active on me, or possibly removed a different effect that was affecting me.

As cool as this trinket sounds, it's really not worth the hassle. Although there is a weak aura for this trinket available at wago, it's a lot of effort for something that's not really that far ahead when you account for the times it's not executing your target or giving you a secondary buff.

This trinket seems to look at your two highest stats at the time, then gives you one of them. As an Arms Warrior with 296 crit, 552 haste, 425 vers, and 409 mastery, I only get haste and vers. 622 of either, using the 200 ilvl version of this trinket. It's very easy to only roll one of the stats, though. It may not be 50/50 on which stat you get, but weighted in some way, based on their values. I seem to get Vers more often, even though it is a lower stat then Haste.

M10 adds 636 mastery for resto druid- basically doubles your mastery from 10% increased healing per hot to 20%

Reading the comments we know what it does. Now we need to know the priority of the procs. This trinket could easily be a BiS if we knew how to exploit its procs.

Something I discovered with my progress on Mythic Inerva.
If the trinket is used under Bloodlust/Heroism and activating it will give you secondary stats, and if one of the two stats it can give you is haste (it's one of your 2 highest secondary stats), it will always give you your other highest secondary stat, so for me as a warlock, I always got mastery proc on pull. I checked all 60+ pulls we did, I always got mastery.
I compared with our pulls on Xy'Mox, we do not BL/Heroism on pull, and I get 50/50 haste and mastery proc.

I made this macro to find a way to get rid of heal others, execute and mana. Tested in world for execute, and out of combat for healer mana. Shouldn't need to do the focus and clear target but i kept getting execute without it even with the @player aspect

This should proc 1/2 top secondary stats (unless lusted it ignore haste according to other commenter not verified)
This still can CC break and Heal you the user

The cooldown is reset after m+ keystone insert (and the buff stays), so you get ~10 seconds of the buff (~5 after travelling to the nearest mob).

It seems that the Execute Effect was broken with this Weekly Reset, 20% Health on my enemies and i'd get the Stat Buff instead, it proced on an enemy that was at 8% Health so the Execute isn't gone, unfortunately don't know which is the exact range now or if blizzard is going to fix it :(

This trinket seems to always give the highest secondary stat when use during Heroism (and not the 50/50 between the 2 highest). Tested on inerva Mythic, where Heroism is use on pull.

Not sure how the mana works, but after few tries bringing my holy priest down to 1.1k mana, it return a static 3567 mana.

Slightly worst than a mana pots but it's an extra mini mana pots...not entirely useless imo

Not sure if I'm just being silly, but I'm pretty sure this trinket was changed to give you any random stat except for vers now. Mastery is my lowest and yet I keep getting it and yet vers, which is 2nd highest, doesn't ever proc.

I've been using this trinket for quite along with my shaman resto healer for mostly M+ content and here my review: I LOVE IT! :)

It requires a bit to get into it but I genuinely think it is awesome.

A teammate's HP dangerously falls down almost to 0? no problem, instant cast to full HP ( or almost full HP ) without even target him.
Did you get stuck in a dangerous CC? ( like 2nd boss of halls of atonement ) no problem, unstuck in no time.
Do you want to extend the duration of the BL/Hero haste buff? yeah, why not? :) ( use the trinket 1 sec before the end of BL )
Do you want to get plenty of your secondary stat? ( in my case versatility ) it's a super good boost for tough pulls.
If you use a secondary trinket that procs a boost of stat that you need you can combine the effects and extend the duration of the proc.
For instance, I use "unbound changeling" which boosts my haste, if I use the cube right a second before the proc ends I can extend the duration of the proc
Did your tank die because of 60 stacks of necrotic? well...who needs a tank right? just push the button and the aggro problem gets solved.

This trinket is a sim tease. You can use all the weak auras you want to delay casting when you'd get the unwanted affects but that just kills its throughput. You really want to equip a trinket you can't use when anyone on your team is low health?

It only takes a small number of bad procs / delays to make this worse than other options.
