The equip effect listed on the weapon's tooltip scales with haste and versatility -- I have the mythic version of this weapon, which lists the dot as 127, but in-game, it says 150.

I'm starting to think it only drops at certain ilevel dungeons. I've had an 184 one drop for me in M0. I've done loads of M7's(200) without seeing one drop for me or a party member.

The dot does not seem to apply to any target that is not hostile to you. Which means it will not work on target dummies.

This can also "drop" from the Great Vault. Just received this from there as i216 version. Happy Outlaw Rogue is happy.

Quick question: since it has an equip effect, is this weapon enchantable? I searched all around the internet for that information and haven't found it. I remember something about weapons that have equip effects are unenchantable, is that true?

The 翻腾疱疹 effect of this sword does not appear to stack if you are dual-wielding two of them. Tested wearing two of them on my DH, then wearing just one, and the debuff was doing the same amount of damage.

03/27/2021 Finally dropped after about 20+ attempts. Got 210 on PF15 run as Outlaw Rogue.
Damage output is hardly worth it imho. Timed 15 HoA, Pox's overall damage was ~68k, which approx accounted for 1% of overall damage.

For comparison, 瓶装绽翼兽毒素 (i210) was 150k and was 2.1% of overall damage and 心能充能的缕风瓶 (i223) 225k ~4% of overall damage.

Given that Melee+Flurry is rogue's highest damage output, raw versa from 血缚掠食者的轻锤 is probably better.
