Just a small note, because I was being a dumdum and it took me a while to notice: RaidBots is already showing this in its Top Gear simulation as a recommended enchant. This is not yet obtainable, as it's Shadowlands Enchanting, so don't be surprised when you don't find this in the AH!

TL;DR
Your auto-attacks and auto-shots have 20% chance to deal 400 shadow damage. This damage is further increased by your versatility and shadow damage increases, and it can deal critical strikes.

After testing this enchant on a training dummy, it was triggered in 51 out of 263 auto-attacks. Based on this information you could technically assume it has around 20% chance to fire.

While testing it around, it did 463-464 shadow damage in each application, plus one 927 due to critical strike which also confirms that this effect is affected by critical strike. Moreover, after playing a little while with different setups I'm quite confident that base damage of this effect is constant 400 that scales up with versatility and possibly shadow damage increases.

great if your auto shots are hovering about 25% imo - as is the norm for not having a special "12 button or higher gaming mouse," self quoted? - since none of you were kind enough to tell me that since i became the world's biggest ^&*!@#$ for not knowing from '09 onwards, or just didn't want to bother with one until now - to get unbanished? no, to avoid playing with as!holes who ban rather than assist ppl become better players by running their mouths off and getting ppl removed rather than attempting to make them better players - in essence, shooting themselves in the foot over and over again consistently., wow!

Possibly stupid question, but does it proc on Pets Auto attacks or just our own? Eg for Hunter's Pets.
