The fight is simple.
You will see 水仙 and 格文瑟伊尔 (The Winter Wolf)
Talk to the 水仙 to start the fight
And the fight itself isn't hard because 格文瑟伊尔 will assist you with 腐楠博格特 fight

Rare is a part of 炽蓝仙野冒险家 achievement and 给你的猎人一枚种子…….

The proc rate of this trinket was nerfed the night before launch, it now has a significantly lower chance to proc, however, they did increase it's damage, so when it does, it hits like a truck.

For the first hour this procced quite a bit. It actually did more damage than my pets auto attack. After a few hours questing it settled down a bit and is now floating around 3% of my total damage.

Really wished I had a lvl 60 version of this. Currently running around with a 128 trinket because I don't want to get rid of it. As a feral druid, it can crit over 9k when my ferocious bite only crits for around 6k, and it's aoe, and procs alot for "low chance" I think, just seems to have an internal cd like all procs in WoW.

Is it possible to get the ilvl 155 version of this if I have a ilvl 128 version? I would sell my existing one if i have a chance at an improved one. Love this trink, just for the animation.

Of all the trinkets over the years that proc a 'buddy' to help you in combat, this is by far and away my favourite.

When that drust behemoth appears, it is part dread, and part awe as it smashes my enemies and makes me happy.

10th kill on rotbriar boggart and still no trinket. Did blizz *!@# up loot tables so if you have looted the item at any point you cannot loot it again even after deleting/vendoring it?

Seems as of 12/22 this drop has been nerfed into the ground. Went from 100% to, well, so far, 0% for me. 0 drops on two toons for a week.

Somehow the chance for it to drop is higher (I think even 100%) for the FIRST time you go there, so, while leveling up I'd advice not getting it untill you reach 60 and get your 150+ crafted gear (or from other sources) on then go get it. Then afterwards at some ilvl intervals when you get higher and higher.

Dunno about the chances of drop if you have one already or got one and destroyed it before going for a higher ilvl one, but even at low ilvl it hits like a truck and it seems to proc on haste dependant specs, like Survival Hunter.

I got this on my first kill and didn't have any idea that it was special, but holy CRAP is it powerful. And even though it says that it procs rarely, I don't think I go a single combat without that drust monster showing up.

Curious issue: Raidbots will not correctly sim this trinket. It consistently fails to include the proc.

Don't make the same mistake I did and get rid of this too soon. I had the lvl 128 version and disenchanted it when I got a new trinket with higher ilvl and more intellect. I soon realized that I had been getting a lot of benefit from it while solo questing. The drust procs often enough to make it useful, and in addition to occasionally obliterating your target it can provide a significant amount of AoE damage. I had my ilvl 128 restored and I plan to farm for a higher level version now, too.

The AoE will break crowd control (i.e. polymorph "sheep") but when up against a tough crowd it has made the difference in a sticky situation many times for me. Pair with 腐蚀流液之瓶 or 腐蚀流液之瓶 for fun and useful solo questing damage procs.

Did the Rotbriar Broggart today dropped the 184 i level version for me. will carry it around and use for trash mobs, does not feel all that practical, other than to bring a smile to your face now and again.

The droprate for this trinket could be the same as the Ardenweald theatre bosses.

Up to level 59 the theater bosses droprate was 100% for trinkets/staff. Hit level 60 and the rate drops massively.
I think it might be the same for this Rotbriar trinket. I just got it on first attempts on my level 53 and 54 alts. Two of my levels 60's didn't get it.

Respawn for boss is about 15 mins.

Edit to add. The Theater loot can't be used till you get to level 60 though.

I have been farming for the 194 version of this on 2 toons for a while with no luck after getting a lower version originally. I've never seen any explanation of how rare loot works in SL, but it seems like you have a very high chance of getting the original drop and then a really low chance for any subsequent, so I'd recommend not just waiting until you hit 60, but until your renown and ilvl are high enough to activate the 194 before you ever kill the rare. This thing sims higher for multi-target for me than any normal CN trinkets and a lot of the HC ones, so it seems worth waiting for first kill to get the highest ilvl available on any toons that haven't had it drop yet.

I'm fairly certain they stealth nerfed the drop rate on this, probably because so many people had it and it is so useful. Sometimes I do think Blizzard hates fun.

Just got one level 216! Took me about two weeks of killing the thing once per day. My gear level was 219 without new trink. Now its at 221 with this trink!

As of 12/25/2021, this trinket is capped at ilvl 223.

My ilvl is 235 equipped (80 renown), and the trinket dropped at ilvl 223.

I really wish this trinket continued to drop at your average ilvl, and kept scaling up to the max shadowlands ilvl (whatever it may be by the end of shadowlands).

Is it just me or do the higher iLvl versions of this trinket have a lower proc rate than the ones we received while leveling?

I just got the 216 iLvl version, and while it hits like a truck (12k according to Skada) it definitely procced much less frequently than I was both used to and expected.

Can confirm you can get elite versions of this item. Today I got a 223 version doing 7k damage. So glad to have this backm it was one of my favourite trinkets. So awesome when a big burly brute smashes down, sending mobs flying
