In-game it says that it drops from Uldum Accord Supplies so I suppose it drops from Paragon cache.

Doesn't seem to be any drop data available yet, so I'm not sure how lucky I got, but I just received this from my first Uldum Accord paragon chest along with 2.5k azerite and 3606 gold.

The "visual" upgrade on Rank 4 is... a slightly brighter slash? I dunno... I tried a before & after on a training dummy and really didn't notice any difference. lame.

Looted my 4th paragon chest and no luck. So the drop should be like 0.0000001%

Was just playing around on the ptr. Did 50 trials (was thinking to do 100 but hey better to actually do stuff on live). I found that I got 4 tokens. The pet is a separate individual roll (2 tokens in the same box as pet). So doing a bit of math that ends up being 4/50=8%. Everyone that got it in their first few boxes were just lucky. Now off to actually loot my paragon on live and not get it.

Seems they really buffed the droprates on some reputation rank 4 essences. Just got this one from the Uldum paragon cache.

For all you multi-role classes, the good news is that you also get Rank 4 for your other specs (i.e. Strength of the Warden for tanks, Unwavering Ward for healers) if you get this in your DPS spec.

Today was my last chance to get BotD rank 4, I opened my last paragon cache before Shadowland and didn't get it. I'm tired of this random drop &*!@ with items removed from the game. Blizzard playing on FOMO biais is really boring. /vent
