i got this from a Wastewander Bandit in tanaris. it is in AH now 4 95g since im a pala.
i were doing the quest Wastewander Bandit and Water Pouch Bounty,

Had a pair drop just now while leveling my paladin, they dropped off a Gordunni Mage in Feralas.

Hunters, rogues, druids and shamans. These pants are superb for all DPS spec leather-wearers in the level 39 bracket. Warriors and paladins would be well-advised to look towards Legguards of the Vault for more appropriate pants for their armor class.

Sold this and Black Duskwood staff....this for 150g, the latter for 30g

feels a little strange going from having 20-30g at most times, to suddenly having 200g.

I'm 45, so I hope this will contribute to my epic mount ^_^

wrong these are 39 twink leggings 49 is even a relivant bracket it makes no sence to twink a 49 unless you just wanna own everybody, after 39 its pretty much set your lvling to 70.

I found them in a chest on a Bloodsail pirate ship while looking for Cortello's Scroll.
I had to choose between Panther Hunter Leggings and these. I wish I sold them and waited for the Leggings, they would have scored me 150g+ :(

I just sold a pair for 4... read it. Four. gold. I wasn't paying attention... it was in with a stack of oily blackmouth. blah blah blah...

Long story short, the buyer and I were talking as soon as I realized that they sold. They were nice enough to give me an extra 45 gold out of the goodness of their heart.

So it was a crappy situation that got a little better.

These remain the twink piece even after the 3.1 nerf simply because of the amount of agility on them with the stam added in. Nothing comes in close to these leggings.

After being forced to spec resto for a ZF run from feral, these dropped from a scarab I randomly killed on the way out.

Me, a rogue, and a noob warrior needed on it.

Got a pair of these on my feral druid killing murlocs in Swamp of Sorrows. These are great stats for any level 39 twink rogue, hunter, or druid.

These pants will give +3 hit instead of +3 spirit in 3.3, a small but welcome buff :)

These actually hold their own in the 49 bracket for attack power. There are a few better leather pants by then overall, but if you're not alliance and don't care about stamina, these are your best bet unless you're a Leatherworker (in which case you'd go with the Blackstorm legs).

They also perfectly match the Blazewind Breastplate which is, as far as I can tell, the BiS chestpiece for 49 rogues in terms of attack power (but, again, there are better options overall - this is ONLY the best if you only care about AP). And both match the "of the Bandit" dungeon blues from randoms, so if you get a set of those (boots, gloves, shoulders) you will look awesome and have ridiculous amounts of attack power (my twink is at like 750)

I just got one of these from a carrion devourer and didn't see it on the list of creatures dropped from, i'm assuming its extremely rare like the others at less than .1%. Very lucky on my part.

I have to say I have gotten this for my 39 Rogue twink and they are BRUTAL.

Just brutal.. And it only costed me like 1k.. I find that very cheap for like BiS 39 item of such rare encounter..

Been trying to get these babies for like 2 full months and havent seen one at ah yet and when I did I just INSTABUY them :D lucky me
