These are for the 'permanent' transmog flower-crown quests.

Found near fairbreeze village (around 42, 68 ish), in eversong forest.
As alliance, I did have to navigate around the village to prevent being attack by a guard (and still somehow snagged one...).

Flowers are at the base of trees. I found mine at (45, 68), (43, 63), and (42, 68)

To avoid the copy pasta nonesense for all the achievements and locations... I made an AddOn. I hope you find it helpful. It auto removes pins on completion too!
