Reminds me of the old WOTLk Dalaran ring. A must have. 3 Stormwind cloaks is great, but this is even better. Defiantly no need to bind HS to BFA now :) Keep it for MOP, or maybe if portals are good enough in 8.1 bind to boralus as well.

Was instant teleport yesterday and this morning, come home from work, and is now a 10 second teleport time. Sucks, and as others have said: Fun Removed.

For anyone wondering, this ring will teleport you right near the vendor who sells it. Very convenient for getting back to the docks, mission table, warfront table and island expeditions. Not as big a deal for Alliance, but for Horde this is huge QoL improvement.

Unlike Stormwind cloak or other teleport equippable items, this has a 30sec "cooldown" right after equipping before you can actually use it. Hope it will get fixed sometime soon.

For anyone who's curious, I decided to buy this item to answer a couple of my questions:

-This item does not share cooldown with the Hearthstone.

-This item has the same animation as the Hearthstone.

They FINALLY removed the CD on equip!

I barely use it before because it was faster to use a guild cloak.
