If you do the priest quest as one race, and then do a race change or a faction change, the priest quest is available for you as the new race as well. Thus, you can get several different of these robes (Robes of Silvermoon (Blood Elf), Acolyte's Sacrificial Robes (Forsaken), Juju Hex Robes (Troll), Friar's Robes of the Light (Human and Dwarf), Azure Watch Robes (Draenei) and Moon Robes of Elune (Night Elf)) on the same character.

These robes are now removed from the game, but just a bit of transmog info for those looking for something in the same style (though sadly not colour):

These robes used the White variant of the "Horde A1 Robe" artwork. While there are are no other robes available that use the same colour, there are four other colours of this robe in the artwork database, and three seem to be available in the game. See:

Purple (officially "Dark"): 秘术师长袍
Brown: 先祖长袍
Green: 珠串长袍
The final colour is a darker, muddy brown (officially "Dark Red" though it seems to have no red in it). To my knowledge it hasn't ever been available.
