Currently very good trinket for SV Hunters. Heroic version is better than most trinkets from Mythic in many instances, notable exceptions being 亡眼望远镜 and 金辉飞羽. Used correctly the haste boost is big gain in DPS.

I have to admit that I find this trinket highly situational. On certain bosses, such as 维克戈斯, 不羁畸变怪, 艾泽洛克, 瑞克莎·流火, tailoring use of it around the different "move, dude!" abilities seriously crimps this.

So I spent a long time puzzled as to why they would design a rune on the ground to give a movement speed buff, since if you're trying to get to/out of something fast, you'll only benefit from it for about 0.3 sec until you run out of the rune.

Then it finally clicked when I happened to use it during MOTHER's Wind Tunnel in Heroic Uldir. The strong wind push mechanic is faster than your regular run speed, but if you're standing in Galecaller's Boon, it's much easier to fight against the wind, which allows you to stay within melee range of the boss during an otherwise tricky dance.

Furthermore, the higher ilvl your trinket is, the more Speed it grants you, which is great since Heroic and Mythic MOTHER's Wind Tunnel pushes faster. My 385 grants 1,321 Speed, which equates to a 20% movement speed increase, and allows me to run in place on Heroic.

Come to think of it, I doubt that it's a coincidence that the name of the trinket basically means "helpful to the wind caller".

By default, one of the best in slot trinkets for agi dps. Haste gives ~30-40% bonus on use for its duration (40% for feral druids).

Movement speed is just a perk.

It doesn't apply to the other party members that also stay inside the ward.
