It says that you can vendor it for 200 gold..but the vendor doesnt seem to want it.... spose it is a bit pricy for a piece of cut glas...

I must make a note that you MUST right click the middle orb to activate the control panel. Then right click the orbs in sequence too

I was left clicking for ever and even went back to Shattrath to click the feather on the table (even though I never needed to)

If you deleted your monocles to make bag/bank space and later want to help others get the Hivemind mount, you can buy them again (yellow green or blue) from Griftah in Shattrath City (Outland) for 1000g, max discounted down to 800g if exalted with Lower City.
