From the August 28, 2018 hotfixes:

Crafted foods now provide significantly more health and mana.

This now restores 166256 health and 83128 mana.

Not to be sniffed at - dirt cheap yet probably the most useful levelling item for BfA you can get bar the 7th Legion potion. Apply your buff with other foods, and use this to heal up. Two ticks brings you to full. Never leave Boralus without it.
