Currently one of the "best" legendaries for affli warlocks in 7.2.5. At least simmed. However do see how close they are, the difference of "worst" and best is 33k dps.

The proc is basically, talent, 灵魂收割 for 8 seconds. Doubt it will increase the duration based on dots, like the talent does. Also no idea will it stack or increase duration if it procs during talented one.

Since 8.0 i havent seen Soul Harvest proc a single time even as a legendary specific ability, so i guess its near useless now, stats are still good though.

Soul Harvest was removed from all Warlock specs in BfA, as seen on this page:
https://www.wowhead.com/battle-for-azeroth-warlock-class-changes

So, it looks like this is just a stat item now. I haven't seen Soul Harvest trigger since 8.0.1 came out, so I'm assuming it's completely removed from the game, or its equivalent damage was baked-in in some other way.

I tested this today after reading the comments saying the ability was removed or that it doesn't proc.

It still works.

It's not noted in the stats but I got this from a Kirin Tor Chest after completing the three world quests event
