This dropped for me yesterday (the 940 version) and I can confirm that the Stats are correct.
However, what is missing from the tool-tip above is what every-one feared - this DOES count towards the Legendary cap of 2 items so it's sat in my bags at the moment and will be for some time I'm guessing ...

Sorry to sound like a noob, but I don't understand this for Retadins. I already had Divine Purpose as my level 100 talent. But, this gives me that as a talent, or it allows me to select a different talent and STILL have DP? That seems most likely, as I type this, right?
