This legendary adds a predetermined talent for each specialization. The talents are:

Brewmaster: 神秘活力. This allows you to also take another tier 5 defensive talent, such as 金创药 or 躯不坏. Opinion: while 神秘活力 is not a default choice, it may be good to have both 神秘活力 and 躯不坏 in some high magic damage encounters. Situational.
Mistweaver: 缭绕之雾. This allows you to also take another tier 3 talent, such as mana saving 生生不息 or fistweaving . Opinion: while 缭绕之雾 is an amazing talent, the other 2 in the tier won't be worth a legendary slot for most raid healers. We currently don't cast enough 氤氲之雾 to benefit from 生生不息 (this may change with tier 20 2-piece bonus 云翻雾涌) and 缭绕之雾 channeling is not compatible with fistweaving. Not worth taking.
Windwalker: 真气流转. This allows you to take another tier 7 talent, such as 升龙霸 or . Opinion: is recommended only with specific legendaries, so it will not be compatible with using another legendary slot. And 真气流转 is generally not recommended. Situational for aoe fights.
