I assume this is supposed to be the new (7.2.5) cache reward for turning in 100 抗魔联军战争物资? The old ID being 抗魔联军的酬谢 (147384) instead of 151471.

However, as of today (7.2.5 patch day), I'm still getting the old caches. These will probably contain ilvl 940 legendaries even if opened next week (the new caches will probably be obtainable after the server restart, and only those are likely containing ilvl 970 legendaries), guess I'll be sitting on my stockpiled war supplies for a little while longer.

The patch 7.3 notes say that these will no longer be rewarded when turning in Legionfall War Supplies. So, if you’re reading this before August 29 (patch day), spend all your Legionfall War Supplies before patch day.

Contributing to a building on the Broken Shore no longer awards a Legionfall Recompense item, and the Artifact Power value of the Artifact Power token awarded has been reduced.
