If you are on the Coilfang server and find this it is selling cheap for 2g 50s. I bought it at the AH for that price...though it is a rare world drop I was surprised at the price even on a new server.

This weapon looks like it can be very useful if you get 2 of them seeing as how that is pretty much the only One-Handed (Not Main Hand) proc weapon at that level if you have 1 in each hand the proc rate would be pretty massive.

Had this drop off a trash mob in Blackrock Depths today. The item level is 66, which I can only imagine is due to the zone scaling changes that came with patch 7.3.5.

Had some runs of BFD and were done for the day, then it dropped from one of the Tide Priestesses right outside the instance!
