For the sake of balance, I hope this only works with Stealth and not Shadow Dance - or else Subtlety may become insanely broken and the other two specs would need an equally uber legendary to make up for the difference.

It seems like quite a lazy legendary for rogues to get - a lot like the warriors, in that we seem to just be getting 1 "general" legendary rather than one for all three specs.

I very much hope this changes!

This item will change openers and drastically improve vanish in pve I think. It may also make anticipation a better option with the coming nerfs to deeper stratagem.

I had no idea that Legendaries could drop from treasure chests until today. I certainly did a double-take when I saw this in the loot list along with the usual Glittering Momento, Order Resources, and trash items.
I found it in a treasure chest south of Torok's Bluff.

A broken legendary that should be removed from World Pvp, even against a mediocre rogue you wont stand a chance if he/she has these, what fool at blizz thought it would be a good idea to add these to the game even...

This item is one of the reasons why wpvp is cancerous and a joke. Rogues with this item deserve grats for now being skilless.

With BfA, some effects once present on legendary items or artifact traits are now talents or baked into other abilities.

The effect of this legendary has inspired the new talent 刺客大师.

good thing you can look up where these drop other than as legendaries - for all those who collect their wakening essences to get a lager overall spectrum and choices for unique models.

(and the other thing, totally subjective - related to the looks - cos Legion is over.. few reasons to get these nowadays but that one.. (or locked PvP? maaan dunno if you'd get THESE then!)

on one hand the mogg seems "grandiose" (and might even fit that purplish-slight gold-blackish "scheme" I had for a wholesome look)

on the other hand, these point and stand out so much - and the effect is nice - but somehow pretentious

That I can understand how some players rather don't wear any (or invisible) shoulders than something like this.

And ofc it always remembers "those back in the days" when singing "na nene neh neh" Orcs have little... shoulders!
(that one patch in which shoulder models were re-scaled, but rather not fitting as well)

Not saying they were to big all in all, but on such combinations..
(just like someone else told me he could never roll WL as an orc due to such reasons.. "they are ugly" (while being bulk with such models as if WLs were "pretty" after all)

whoa, now that they have chiropactors the shoulders will make the whole character seem even wider or broader!

and so: let's rather wear bat heads and disregard how "whack" we found stuffed shoulders as 80ies babies than having nothing on there which might be more supportive and help arm-mobiitiy, but not protective? and less-renowned-looks kind of.. (not alluding decorated generals with chips but the "stand tall thing" all in all)
