Currently the stats are shown as:

It was added in patch 7.1.0 and there's currently 256 listed across all EU realms. So this should be the latest one (added for the 2016 Christmas).

Does the stats mean that there's several versions depending on the characters level? Or are they simply not upgraded to reflect the new stats?

Added in patch 6.0.1 for the 2014 and 2015 Christmas if I'm not mistaken. There's currently 27 selling across all EU realms indicating it's no longer the current item.

Acording to Wowhead the latest model (which should be this page, looking on number up for sale and patch added) will have an item level of 835. But they also state that the 7.1.5 PTR version has an item level of 830 that scales down depending on the level of the character looting it.

So this seams to be the page for the newest version of the dagger but for some reason the stats doesn't appear properly.

Because this thing has no lvl required, you can mog it at any lvl. Sadly it seems like even though the boss now scales in lvl like the invasions, you still can not get the quest below lvl 80. I was able to do it on my 84 but not my 72. Hopefully they change this before the event ends to let lower lvl toons do it since it scales anyway.

I'm irritated because I have *definitely* won past versions of this, but they are not counting towards my possible xmog options, and currently this is going for 200k on my server's AH.

As of the 12/28/2021, i have dropped this cosmetic with my Paladin.

So it isn't restricted to classes. Nor specs.
