Crafting Feathered Luffa is a great way to level your First Aid skill as the feathers should be cheap on the auction house.

Ah, so THIS is the magic secret I'd been missing in how to level up my First Aid beyond 750. Took me way too long to learn about it, especially since there's only ~3 months left for me to possibly try for the Field Medic title before BFA decommissions the First Aid skill entirely.

This item is now categorized as a TAILORING pattern since the removal of First Aid in the BfA Pre-Patch. The recipe is still available for purchase from the Warden vendor, but for a short time had no profession listing. The recipe itself CAN be used, but only by tailors. The luffas, like all bandages, still work and they do not require First Aid (or Tailoring) to use.

I purchased it not knowing what it was for since it listed no skill. It was usable, so I did. I should have checked here first, it's a complete waste of money now.
