The urn is a reference from the old Karazhan where you had to do a long series of quests to obtain the urn to summon Nightbane.

I'm curious im making a tellmewhen condition, in where it involves loss of control of my character, and it is supposed to display the icon onscreen. This is a prompt for me to use the urn in my tank spec.

As it stands though i dont know whether this works for horrified as well as fears. It does say, "All fears" afterall. Does that just mean if for some reason you had multiple stacks of fear effects applied to your character it will remove them all; i'd like to know how Ethereal Urn "fear effects" are exactly in more detail.

the addon TellMeWhen showed me a whole list of loss of control effects, and horrify seems very similar. I'll have to test it out maybe?
