From the look of the loot drop rates, I would think to farm this item, you could take a higher level alt and do a full clear of all the trash in Razorfen Kraul. If I figured correctly, there is a 2.03% drop chance from any random mob that can drop this item. SO.. in killing 100 mobs, you have a chance that 2 will drop this. Not guaranteed, because it is still a random drop chance, but the sheer number of mobs in the zone that can drop this item is encouraging.
