This relic drops from 占星师艾塔乌斯, a boss in 暗夜要塞 (Tier 19) raid.

This Holy artifact relic is usable by 圣骑士 and 牧师. As with all relics, it will increase the item level of your Artifact weapon (in this case +43 item levels), as well as unlock extra ranks of certain traits.
