Looted this item from a box on the Stormheim coast @ called Ancestral Viking *SOMETHING* (I cannot remember the whole name now but it definitely started with Ancestral). Also since the item text is bugged on wowHead, it reads:

Increases success chance by 20% on missions shorter than 4 hours.

This is a lesser version of 能量药水 (30%), and 全神贯注药剂 (40%). You can have the different levels equipped, but not multiples of the same item.

This is classified as a 'Champion Armament'.

This item is applied to a champion in your order hall. Champions' must be rare or higher to have an available equipment slot (epic get 2). This increases mission success chance by 20% for missions that take less than 4 hours.

Do NOT attempt to add 结实的旅行靴 or any other mission speed increaser into the second slot while using the WoW Legion phone app. You can apparently only add one speed increaser to a champion, it removed this item and added the boots without any warning.

This doesn't seem that useful to me; I see very, very few missions under four hours.

Hey, any info on does it work on missions exactly 4 hours long, as most of my missions are with exact numbers 4 hour 8 hours so on?

Be aware that true to the exact wording, this only applies to missions less than 4 hours.

This doesn't apply to missions exactly 4 hours. That makes this item so practically useless.

These cannot be stacked on the same character. When attempting to place the second one on someone, it simply says "Follower isn't a valid target". Extra ones also cannot be disenchanted. All you can do is sell them to NPCs if you don't need or want them.
