If you loot both Smoky Boots and Boots of Artful Dodging, just make sure you loot the rare boots FIRST, otherwise our favourite goblin Marin will tell you that you can't loot any more items! Learn from my mistake!

Debatable use in BfA and beyond: because it doesn't stack with 夜行者 you're always better off taking that instead of the other options on the talent row as the output increases from either do not warrant losing 5% movement speed. The only exception would be anything where 诡诈 doesn't break, mainly surveying. So pick up a set of these to help complete Archaeology in Legion, after that, pick something else.
