Macro experts: As someone who uses mouseover for my healing spells, and would like to macro this into Prayer of Healing, I cannot get the trinket to fire at a mouseover target. Is there a way to force the trinket to obey mouseover, or would we have to target mouseover, use trinket, then target last target or something?

I'm very disappointed in this trinket. I haven't seen it do even 2% of my healing in a single fight yet. Math tells me that in theory it could provide as much as 3% of my healing in some fights, if used perfectly, but that's a lot of mental bandwidth for a tiny upgrade in healing output.

I used this as a druid tank for awhile, and while the mastery was nice, the heal on it wasn't even noticeable.

I macroed it into my attacks so I used it on top of me on cooldown, and it was only about 2% of my healing on my meters... And that was as a tank. Pretty lame.

They just buffed the heal by 10%... Still fairly mediocre.

This trinket does heal everyone for the said amount in a 8 yard radius, it is not divided by every person hit.

Who the damn cares that this trinket isn't good.
I want to get it anyways, just because it is the same horn that Malfurion used to kill Archimonde.\o/
