As of right now, this item is bugged, at least on a Windwalker Monk. If you try to use 怒雷破 while this item's on-use is active, the spell gets canceled before it even starts. I don't know if it affects other channeled abilities.

My suggestion is to use it after 怒雷破 finishes casting, as its effect will be over before the skill comes out of cooldown.

EDIT: Today, 09/21, this has been fixed.

This item is bugged as of Emerald Nightmare release. It cancels all manner of channeled spells, such as Fury of the Eagle, Barrage, Eye Beam and more.

Seems bugged, it will tell me its not ready yet when it isnt on cooldown.

While great for DPS, this could also be a very strong trinket in the hands of a tank. On demand AoE damage and leech combined with haste that is a generally good if not great stat for all tanks makes it a pretty solid item for them as well.

Still having alot of problems to activate the trinket, date 13.10.2016. Usually spams strange stuff like "item not ready" (it is not on CD) or target too far...

When i use it for example in dalaran, it activates 95% of time just fine, but during raids and mythic+ when theres lots of action, it sometimes takes like 30 times to click it before it activates... usually on top of already dead AoE pack

According to my buddy, this item doesn't function properly in Return to Karazhan right now. It just goes on cooldown without the effect being in use.

On my Blood DK, I macroed this trinket together with Blood Boil, seemed to make sense because Blood Boil is short range so the green stuff is in the right spot.

I get 5,07% leech from it (the trinket is itemlevel 850)

it works fine for me, no bugs.

I got one while doing Emerald Nightmare, it dropped basically as a 835 Raid Finder for me... but I'm well above 863+ item level, so I do not know why I got a 835 trinket. Must be a bug or something.

It's not really useful to me considering it's only temporary damage which doesn't deal that much damage to high level enemies but it does deal around 900K damage to low level enemies, so I do not really see it as something useful to replace a stat trinket with for example. On use trinkets only give a temporary damage burst which makes it not really viable for combat situations although it does scare opposition for short while because they've probably never seen something like a big splash of green goo appear under the player, makes them fear that they will die when they enter. Most players at least would avoid standing in it but I assume most skilled players would know that this trinket is useless and directly just assault the player who has it... point has been made? yes, no? give me your understanding of this trinket and give me reasons why this is the best in slot trinket for you or why it's not, thanks and let's have a proper discussion about it not just some small talk about "hey this is really good" I want to know deeply why it's better for you and why you would replace a good stat trinket for this pretty much useless 1 minute cooldown trinket... yea... let's talk about it.

Ironic that during current content this was a throw away item drop nobody wanted on mythic, and now it's my best in slot as a sub rogue for BFA prepatch.

Anyone know if there is a spec this drops for Priest? I keep seeing comments to get it for Disc Mage Tower 9.1.5 but the Adventure Guide does not show it as lootable on my Priest.

the pool of much you are required to stand in to gain anything is not worth the tradeoff for being a super mobiility specialized hunter (any and all, depending on your tank and certain other variables, i mean death) of this particular device being used for timewalking. i will rarely, if ever use it again for these purposes and i have to strongly disagree with your beast mastery timewalking guide, loot tabling, and timewarped rewards system at this time - as well as player content for timewalking in general! bah!

Still MVP of the mage tower, it is extremely good and very easy to get, helped me get; warrior, dh, warlock, rogue, hunter and paladin mage tower challenges back to back last week, 1 min CD, haste, big aoe damage and heal/leech is just unmatched, has a chance to proc an additional stat and a socket too, get yourself one if you plan to do the MT challenges, you are gimping yourself if you don't, good luck my fellow players, cheers.
