A good place to farm these is at the Illidari Stand in Azsuna. Go stand next to one of the Skull altars with the purple orbs, tag demons towards the altar and it will kill them almost instantly, loot and repeat.

Another good place to farm is the Exodar during the "bringer of light" quest, the mobs have 100% drop rate and almost non existant spawn timer so it wont take more than 10 min to get this quest done while you're there.
