Am I the only one not able to find Namha's Stonehide Leather in order to make the mats required for the barding?

I thought there was a recipe to create Namha's Stonehide Leather from Stonehide Leather. Not found yet.

I was very confused by this quest and where to get this leather. When you take the quest from Namha Moonwalker she gives you the leather you need.
Unfortunately you tend to run short on it. I think it may have had something to do with another quest I took at the same time. I was not really clear exactly why i ran short.
If you don't have what you need for the quest, just abandon the quest and take it from her again and she will give you what you need. This worked for me.
Take the leather she gave you and Namha's Tanning Mixture that's on the workbench to make Tanned Stonehide leather.

She gives you precisely what you need... Items and quantities are shown here - 石皮皮革骑甲

The "tanned stonehide leather" you need to make the items is called "tanned stonehide pelt" in the recipe list. She gives you Namha's leather & grab the bottle off the table. Quest can be abandoned and restarted.
