The river moves far too fast for you to be able to grab them from the water. The sides where it looks like there isn't water also will cause you to slide (or rather caused ME to on the beta. Not sure if that's a bug or intended). What I had to do was basically stand behind the waterfall and reach it from there.

Forewarning though, at least on beta, the respawn rate of the water elementals was pretty quick, so you may have to deal with them a few times if you can't get your footing.

It's in the river at the base of the waterfall, there is a little glowy spot.

In Tauren Mythology, Mu'sha is one of two aspects of the Earth Mother ... her eyes are An'she and Mu'sha, the Sun and the Moon. Kind of like our name for the moon IRL is Luna, it's like calling these the "Tears of the Moon".

Additionally, in earlier expansions of Warcraft and WoW, it was considered a faux pas in lore for the Tauren to refer to worship of "the Light", or the Light's blessings. They don't worship the Light, they venerate An'she. ... now, in Legion, instead of the older "Light watch over you", one of the Tauren greetings is "An'she watch over you."

Mu'sha's Tears can be found in Thunder Totem. There is a rock at the co-ords 41.48, 9.11, this rock is at the top of a path running down to the river. Follow the rivers edge, past the Water Elementals (which you will probably have to get rid of) and at the base of the waterfall you will see a glowing object. This is Mu'sha's Tears.
