This item drops from the trash in Hellfire Citadel and since the 6.2 patch release, all BoE drops in Hellfire are Personal Loot. You'll get a trash drop which you can use for your class.

Leather for leather users, cloth for cloth users, etc, etc.

The Personal loot only choice for trash drops came from all the Pug raidgroup leaders reserving the BoE's for them self, this is Blizzards way to prevent this from happening again.

Part of the rather popular rogue set (and honestly good looking). If you can live without this set, this belt is pure fortune. I sold mine today for 250k on eu realm (mythic version).

So I decided to farm this for a friend of mine because he complained enough. I took 2 DH and 2 rogues to HFC and cleared the first two bosses, all the trash, logged out and went and did something else.

Every 30 minutes I logged in the DH and cleared all the trash again, takes about 2 minutes, then log out and do something else. I was too lazy to run the others through... so I just did the DH. After 2 days I got the drop off of the Fiery Enkindler. I have no way to know exactly how many runs that was, but I would guess in the ballpark of 10 times. 14 runs after that, I got another belt off of the same mob.

For sure this isn't proof but if you're having trouble getting this belt, maybe give it a shot with a leather wearing alt. It's 2 minutes of work here and there. It's also worth noting that I probably got no loot at all from 85% of the mobs. I got two boe blues and those two epics. No greens, nothing. So if you get the feeling that nothing is dropping... keep going, it does.

Just got this as a drop from HFC on heroic difficulty, didn't think much of it.

Is it really worth as much as wowhead states? there was only one on my auction house and they had it up for 130k

I've now run this about 30 times in the last 2-3 days and several dozen more over the past few months and have not once seen this drop. Does anyone know if these drop rates are still accurate, or have they been nerfed?

Finally had this drop last week so it does still drop in DF. Killed all trash and was on a rogue. Keep hunting!

Just got mine to drop in Dragonflight. My suggestion to clear the first two bosses then kill all of the trash up to Kormrok. DO NOT kill him and leave the raid that way you can soft reset the instance. (Do not actually press the reset instance button.) Then every thirty minutes or so, you can re-enter the raid, kill all off the trash leading to Kormrok and repeat this until you have the belt. I did this process pretty casually (about 4 runs per day) and it took me around 2 months to finally get it to drop. It was around 120 attempts. Happy hunting!
