I don't understand why people are down-voting xXzCodProxXz's comment. It was correct at the time it was posted.

Also, in reponse to Shooky160's reply to the above user's comment: No, it wasn't "still" in the game. It had been removed from Boss Galgosh's loot table just like all old world mobs with unique loot tables had had theirs replaced with a generic version in Cataclysm. It would be far more accurate to state that this belt was "re-added" to the game via the Salvage Yard instead of "yeah it's still in the game, because i saw it on the ah".

(For those wondering: I can't directly reply because currently the original comment's rating is too low to be able to add a reply there.)

Post-7.0 update: Item has gone back to being unobtainable due to 一大箱回收物资 no longer being available.

The Girdle dropped via Galgosh, and EPIC level too, which even more of a surprise (item level 140)

Presently in "Chromie Time" Pandaria, level 51 PC, just so happened to be in Loch Modan on my way to buying unique Leather boots from the lodge.

Alongside "Owlbeast Leggings" dropping recently for me in Winterspring, I suspect many classic items may have returned recently.
