Rep gains with 鸦人流亡者 change the price so if you're going for Exalted then you might as well wait to buy this :)

Exalted: 800g
In summary, you save 50g each increase in reputation (200g if you wait until Exalted).

Only purchasable from 维沙尔 once you've beaten him in a pet battle that day. Costs 1000g subject to faction discounts with Arakkoa Outcasts too, along with 卡利雏鸟 at a rather cheaper 10g.
