This dropped from a Nagrand Prowler in Nagrand near Stonecrag Gorge (literally where it says so on the map). I think this is the first decent item that I've seen dropped in WoD that isn't BoP.

I think this item is a reference to someone who lost an eye, maybe a Blizzard employee.

Toria's Unseeing Eye had an iteresting flavour text. Usually items with name's have a backstory for Blizz employees or family/friends.

A reference to Toria, the guild leader of Goon Squad - Mal'Ganis, who overcame a tumor in one of his eyes, albeit at the loss of (most?) of the vision in said eye.

This dropped for me in Shadowmoon Burial Ground on Normal. Dropped from one of the worms along the bridge on the way to Bonemaw.

Random world drop for me Nagrand.

Had this drop for me in Skyreach, on a class that can't even use leather, off of a Skyreach Sun Talon. When you get it in an instance, it comes up as personal loot, with a little 'You Won ' alert, so no need to worry if you see one-- people can't roll against you and take it. :)
