This is the first upgrade you earn to your epic ring Khadgar awards you when you start on the path to gaining the legendary ring Warlords of Draenor offers. This ring is used by strength damage dealers.

Interestingly, although the text states your ring is being upgraded, you still keep the original. Nevertheless, you cannot equip both the new and the old together.

Currently an award from the quest 无尽之力. The ring is unique-equipped, meaning that only one may be equipped at a time. You're also unable to equip a lower tier ring at the same time as an upgraded ring.

If the ring is lost, you're able to buy another one for 1,000 gold from 佐提·轮怒, just outside Khadgar's tower (85.02,31.06). Besides this, he also sells the lower tier of the ring 力量之炎金指环 for 500 gold.

If you were in the wrong spec at the time of quest completion, this is where you'd get another ring :)
