Currently an award from the quest 卡德加的任务. The ring is unique-equipped, meaning that only one may be equipped at a time. You're also unable to equip an upgraded ring at the same time as a lower tier of the ring.

If the ring is lost, you're able to buy another one for 500 gold from 佐提·轮怒, just outside Khadgar's tower (85.02,31.06). Besides this, he also sells the upgraded version 法神之永恒炎金指环 (once 无尽之力 has been completed) for 1,000 gold. :p

If you were in the wrong spec at the time of quest completion, this is where you'd get another ring :)

Why does it have Versatility on it? Isn't this supposed to be the best ring eventually? Versatility is terrible.

You may also purchase a second one of these from 佐提·轮怒 and keep it in your bags to raise you ilvl for getting into heroics.
