I had it at 52 used it til I replaced it with an outland wep. That's mainly because nobody gives a crap about Stratholme anymore so it was skipped.

Rubidium - a silver-white, metallic, active element resembling potassium, used in photoelectric cells and radio vacuum tubes.
Not what I'd expect to make a good weapon...but I guess it sounds good :]

it was named after rubidis, the latin word for dark red (the spectroscopic lines of the element when it was discovered using that method).
Like potassium, it's very soft and extremely reactive with any moisture. If you would hold the weapon in your hand, it would eat right through your hand- it reacts with the fat in your skin. Most use you would see of it would be smacking your enemy in his face with it, causing the weak weapon to break off and leaving a biting lump of metal in his face...
